•Pee Wee
A 45 minute gymnastics class for toddlers ages 18 months to 3 years, which enables them to experience a variety of physical activities designed to enhance and develop gross motor skills, coordination, social interaction. This cooperative play along with the guidance of their parents and instructor in a structured environment, will help children learn to concentrate and focus their minds.

•Roller
A 45 minute preschool gymnastics class for boys and girls ages 3-4years, where children explore through, naming, comparing, and sequencing. Here motor, social and readiness skills are integrated to help prepare children for kindergarten. Children benefit from enhanced creativity and self-expression through the use of problem solving and guided discovery.

•Novice and Intermediate
One hour beginner and intermediate lessons for boys and girls ages 4 and up, separated by age and gender. Progressional gymnastics skills, social skills, cooperation, and gym safety are emphasized, using all of the gymnastics equipment. This includes the bars, beam, floor, vault, rings, parallel bars, trampoline, ropes and so much more. Children practice flexibility, balance, rhythm, strength, agility and speed while building confidence and self-esteem.

•Advanced
A 1.5 hour gymnastics lesson for boys and girls grouped by gender and ability. Coach's recommendation or evaluation is required along with a positive attitude and willingness to work on all of the apparatus. Children gain a better understanding of body awareness and learn to focus their minds on more advanced gymnastics skills.

•Novice and Advanced Tumbling
Offering both 1 and 1.5 hour tumbling lessons for boys and girls of any age with focus on floor, trampoline and tumble track. Strength, flexibility and agility are integrated to build on a basic foundation for all tumbling skills. Great for recreational and competitive cheerleading.

•Special Needs
Children with special needs have a place to interact and experience movement skills and social interaction, in a safe and patient environment. Children practice the joy of movement while building confidence and self-esteem with guidance in a fun, positive environment.
